We appear to have decided officially to become a third-world country.

I still own a house in LA and am leasing it waiting for the economy to recover, which I assumed would have a small jump start with these mid-terms. I agree with you, however, Phil….I think CA may be heading in the opposite direction. Jerry Brown? Really? Barbara Boxer? Still???? Wow! And the bill to hold off your equivalent of Cap and Trade until the unemployment numbers get better didn’t pass? What are your neighbors thinking? Honestly!
